Ryan Bivinetto is a Sales Engineering Manager, Global at BlackBerry Radar in California, where he helps fleet and telematics customers turn operational data into decisions that keep assets moving. A former EMT and electrician who later worked in fleet maintenance before entering presales, he brings an operations-first perspective to software, analytics, and product strategy. At Radar, he supports enterprise deals, serves on the Radar Product Council, and has led analytics and maintenance initiatives that surface new revenue and reduce overdue service events.
Recognized as the 2025 NAASE Sales Engineer of the Year, after being nominated by 18 peers, Ryan is known for building reusable demo frameworks and SE toolkits, mentoring Future Leaders cohorts, and creating a strong coaching culture on every team he joins.
