Luis Armando Vasquez
Luis Armando Vasquez

Luis Armando lives in Mexicali, Mexico and has more than 5 years of experience in industrial technical sales specializing in material handling solutions, and more than 15 years of experience in sales in general. Luis is the NAASE Ambassador to Mexico. During his professional career he has coached and developed sales engineers in Mexico. He is currently studying a PhD program where he does research focused on soft skills needed in sales engineers on the US-Mexico border. He has recently specialized in technical sales copywriting and marketing strategy B2B.

SANDRA ROGOZA, CSE

Sandra is a seasoned professional at the intersection of global business development and sales, specializing in science and technology-driven sectors like biotech, oil and gas, EPCM, and industrial manufacturing. With over two decades of experience, her value as an Execution Strategist, Solutions Architect, Tactical Partner, and Master Organizer showcases a career marked by adaptive leadership and crafting impactful solutions that transcend conventional boundaries.

Beyond her corporate journey, Sandra has dedicated years to volunteering for professional not-for-profit associations, serving in capacities such as director, program chair, and finance. Now, as an Advisor to the Board of the National Association of Sales Engineers (NAASE), Sandra’s commitment goes further than industry expertise. Collaborating with NAASE, she aims to contribute insights, foster collective growth, and shape a future where innovation and collaboration redefine the value of sales engineers.

<strong>TONY MATOS</strong>
TONY MATOS

Tony Matos is a seasoned and solutions-focused presales professional with over 30 years of dedicated experience in IT & Sales Engineering. Tony embarked on his career journey as an IT analyst in banking before transitioning to key enterprise solution providers including Siebel Systems (Oracle), Business Objects (SAP), SAS, and Citrix.

His expertise encompasses sales engineering practices, sales engineering management, marketing automation, and team building.

Moving away from full-time corporate roles, Tony is now focused on empowering presales professionals. Tony is also the author of “The Essential Guide to Navigating Your Proof of Concept.” – a book focused on helping presales navigate successful evaluations and proof of concepts.

Tony Matos is recognized as an insightful and trusted leader, available for coaching, training, podcasts, and speaking engagements. 

Jerome Sanders

Jerome has more than 20 years of experience in the engineering field and currently works as Infrastructure Sales Manager in the New England area. He specializes in infrastructure, utility, & civil products and projects.

Meg Stewart

Meg is an award winning Sales Engineer with 10 years of SaaS experience.  Her career includes roles in leadership, coaching, and customer success. Meg is based in Texas and brings a passion for Sales Engineer enablement providing support and motivation essential for maintaining momentum and achieving goals.

<strong>Damian Hanna</strong>
Damian Hanna

Damian Hanna served as the president of the North American Association of Sale Engineers from Jan. 2022- Jan. 2024. 

Damian is based out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with over 23 years of technical software sales experience.  His focus over the past 12 years has been in a leadership capacity, running large PreSales Engineering organizations across the US East Coast.  Prior to this, he has held roles ranging from Integration consultant to Sales Engineer, at both the integrator and vendor levels respectively.  Damian has been fortunate enough throughout his career, to gain experience across all vertical industries.

Mary Carter

Mary Carter is an experienced sales engineering leader, someone who helps the sales team close deals by demystifying the technical side of things. She currently combines technical expertise with sales savvy as the Global Solutions Engineering Manager at GoCardless, a global leader in bank payments that serves over 80,000 businesses worldwide. Mary has led software implementations for Fortune 500 companies, startups, and large organizations to improve their internal processes and increase productivity. When she’s not working with clients she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and writing.

<strong>Adam Joyce</strong>
Adam Joyce

Adam is based out of the Denver, Colorado region, specializing in software and
professional services sales of data analytics, business intelligence and cloud application
solutions.
He began his career as a Sales Engineer and has since moved into
management positions, leading a team of technical sellers and solution consultants.

Robert Bernasconi

Robert has over 10 years in the engineering and design fields, with the past 5 as a Sales Engineer in the Greater Boston area. He specializes in project management and developing strategies for space.

<strong>Pat Tripathi</strong>
Pat Tripathi

Pat’s passion lies in business consulting, strategy consulting and in System Integration domains – He has pursued this passion in the System Integration Industry helping customers in Oil & Gas, Energy, Construction, Chemicals, Mining and Heavy Industrial Manufacturing and Automation Industries.


He has been involved in Systems Integration domains in engineering, technology and implementations for two decades now – His career includes end to end System Integration, Industrial IOTs and delivery on complex mega-projects.   
 
Equipped with deep energy background, robust understanding of the investor, economic and policy requirements – Pat takes pride in providing clients with the best in industry support through System Integration and Automation Solutions. 

 
Pat has climbed the corporate ladder, now working in an Energy Leadership Role with a major Global System Integrator, with the objective to develop strong technology partnerships and generate new businesses with supermajors and strategic IOCs.
