Susan Greenberg
Susan Gertzis Greenberg, Ed.D., is a practitioner-scholar whose research examines how organizations adapt their governance, performance measurement, and accountability systems when strategy and work change. She earned her doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California. Her research is informed by more than 25 years of leadership experience in organizational change, talent management, sales and marketing strategy, and technology-enabled transformation, including senior roles at SAP and Microsoft and extensive work with presales organizations. Her current study explores why organizations continue to rely on governance systems that no longer reflect how customer-facing work creates value.
