Raja Tamilarasan is an enterprise technology and AI strategist focused on applying AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and data to drive business and operational outcomes. He is a Sr. Director of Technology & AI Strategy at Noctrix Health, Inc., leading enterprise solutions that align technology architecture with business growth and operational outcomes. 

Raja has previously held leadership roles across technology strategy and solutions engineering at Splunk, Dell EMC, and Cisco, working closely with leadership teams to translate emerging technologies into scalable, real‑world solutions. He holds graduate degrees from The University of Texas at Austin and Purdue University, with academic backgrounds in engineering management, computer science, and electrical engineering.
