Charli Kate Townsend

Charli Kate Townsend is an Implementation Project Coordinator at Corpay. Drawing on experience across sales, customer success, sales engineering, and project delivery, she focuses on building effective processes, developing teams, and turning customer insights into practical improvements. During her time as a Sales Engineer, she helped establish presales SOPs, supported sellers and new SE leaders, and contributed to consistent year-end quota attainment.

She was named a finalist for the 2025 NAASE Sales Engineer of the Year Award in recognition of her enablement work, mentorship, and efforts to strengthen the impact of the sales engineering function.
