Amanda Malpass

Amanda Malpass is Director of Sales Engineering and Business Development at Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Company Infrastructure, where she leads a team of region engineers supporting consulting engineers, public agencies, contractors, and internal teams on complex infrastructure projects. With a background in civil, electrical, and airfield design, she combines technical expertise with customer-facing strategy, specification development, and cross-functional collaboration.

She was named a finalist for the 2025 NAASE Sales Engineer of the Year Award in recognition of her work leading a DOT-aligned product redesign supported by finite element analysis, as well as developing SOPs and training that improved onboarding and execution across the sales engineering team.
