President’s Message

Dear Members of the North American Association of Sales Engineers, 

It is with immense gratitude and a profound sense of responsibility that I address you in these first few weeks of the new year as the newly appointed president of our esteemed association. After serving on the Advisory Board for many years, I am deeply honored to step up and help lead such an accomplished and vibrant community that Ken and Damian have built. 

I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to Damian Hanna for his exceptional leadership and dedication over the past two years. His commitment to advancing our association has been invaluable, setting a high standard that we aim to uphold and build upon. Before him, Ken Lambert, our Vice President, who will continue to be the soul of our organization- thank you for your contributions thus far, and I can’t wait to work with you in the coming months. 

Our association, the North American Association of Sales Engineers, stands as a testament to the dedication, innovation, and collaboration within our industry. Founded in 2020, our association has grown and reached a significant number of individuals across the globe. Such steady growth has led us to the establishment of our European counterpart, underscoring the broad-reaching impact of our community.   

The challenges of the past year have tested our resilience, yet they have also highlighted the unwavering dedication and expertise of our members. Your commitment to advancing the field of sales engineering has been instrumental in driving progress and ensuring the continued success of our industry-agnostic association in the North American market. 

Looking ahead, I am excited about the opportunities that await us. Together, let us continue to cultivate an environment that fosters learning, networking, and skill development. Our association remains committed to providing the necessary resources, mentorship, and platforms for meaningful exchange to empower each member. 

To ensure that our offerings align with your evolving needs, we plan to actively gather feedback in the coming weeks. Your insights will be invaluable as we chart the course for our future initiatives. We are dedicated to elevating our programs and services based on the feedback received, ensuring that our association remains inclusive and beneficial to sales engineers across all industries. 

I am also thrilled to announce the support of our dedicated Board of Advisors. Comprised of accomplished professionals from various industries, they bring a wealth of experience and ideas that will drive our association forward. Their diverse perspectives will be instrumental in shaping innovative strategies and initiatives for the benefit of our members, spanning various sectors and fields.   

Your involvement, coupled with the guidance of our Board of Advisors, will undoubtedly steer our association toward greater success.
