Rules and Requirements
Step 1: Registration
Complete the registration form before May 26, 2023. Submit/email to NAASE any relevant attachments (resumes, etc.)
All registrations, attachments, and nominations must be complete by 11:59 pm ET on 5/26.
Step 2: Qualification
Title: Must currently hold an individual contributor title (Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Representative, Presales, Territory Manager, Solutions Consultant, etc.)
Tenure: Must have a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in an individual contributor role
Recommendations: Must have a minimum of one (1) recommendation letter/note/email from a peer, supervisor, or client. (Email to NAASE.)
LinkedIn: LinkedIn profile must support experience and reputation
Resume: Must email to NAASE current resume/ CV.
Geography: Candidate must live and/or work within North America.
Education: The candidate ideally will have (at least) a BS or a BA degree.
Step 3: Finalists
Our team of judges made up of our Board Members and NAASE leadership, will use a set of criteria to select the finalists.
If selected as one of the five (5) finalist, a recorded 3-5 minute video demo to be submitted (sample topics: Your favorite productivity tool, a physical device or machine, a household object, or based on your industry, you can suggest a demo topic). Additional detail will be provided upon reaching the finalist stage. Winners will be notified via email and pending permission, a post on our website with a bio and picture.
Step 4: Winner
Winner announced in mid-June. There will be 1 winner, and (2) Honorable Mentions.
